Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Mallow Studio Shop is not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, we will contact you to confirm the correct address and reship the order. Reshipping fees will be at your expense.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If your package shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us within 5 business days, and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
